New Client Appointments
Due to a high number of no-show appointments and the high demand for veterinary care, Riverside Cat Hospital requires a deposit to be paid in advance for all new clients in order to schedule. This deposit will go toward the cost of your upcoming visit.
If you request to cancel or reschedule your appointment, your deposit will be honored for the next appointment. Deposits are eligible to be refunded if your appointment is cancelled by the end of the business day prior to your appointment.
We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Our goal is to provide quality individualized medical care in a timely manner. In order to be respectful of the needs of other patients, we ask that you call or text our office promptly if you are unable to make an appointment. If it is after-hours, please leave a detailed text message or voicemail.
No-Show/Late Cancellation Policy:
If you are a current client, the first time there is a no-show or a late cancellation, there will be no charge to the client. A second no-show or late cancellation will incur a fee equivalent to the cost of the exam that was missed or cancelled late. Additional/multiple no-show’s or late cancellations may result in termination from the practice. If you are a new client, or have not been seen at our practice over 1 year, a deposit will be required to schedule future appointments.
Surgery No-Show Policy
A surgery slot that is missed or not cancelled within 24 hours may be subject to a $100.00 fee per surgery that was missed or cancelled late. Consecutive no-shows for surgery appointments may result in termination from the practice.
